Best answer: oh they can... after you have broken them up... and once u want them back together...hit ctrl then shift then c and a box will pop up...then click shift then click on one of the sims in the soon-to-be couple, then click spawn then tombstone of l and d then click make me friendly to every1 here. I have these two teen sims who were dating had full friendship and romance bars. but i decided they should break up (mischief->break up). the romance bar turned red but they were still best friends.. Long story short i fooled around with my sims and tried some stuff with my 2 sims, broke up and now i want to get them back together again as husband and wife. but the option in the romance tab never comes, well at least i try a lot of romance..
